Construction-Project Manager (Superintendent)

The role of the project manager is to control and direct the planning, supervising, and executing of special or big-ticket projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing subcontractors/materials/resources
Securing permits/coordinating inspections
Provide reporting/documentation and photo support for project information development
Directly reporting to the Director of Field Operations as needed

The successful candidate will have experience and/or demonstrate proficiency with the following:

2-5+ years of new commercial and/or residential construction experience required
Coordinate material deliveries/utilization and direct subcontractors’ work performance to achieve/exceed project progress expectations
Ability to multitask, prioritize competing priorities and excel in meeting deadlines
Responsible for all daily on-site construction activities
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, project manuals, and specifications
MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Ability to handle, pull, and back equipment/utility trailer

HVAC Technicians/Installers

FCA Mechanical is looking for residential and commercial service and installation technicians.

Requirements:

HVAC technician license
HVAC certificate and universal EPA certification required
Military background (preferred)

Bi-lingual is a plus.

*Technicians will be required to work overtime as needed, be adaptable to changing priorities, maintain a positive "can-do" attitude and have excellent technical and leadership skills.
**Compensation will be commensurate with the overall skill level and experience of the candidate, with hourly rates starting at $16 for installers and $30 per hour for technicians.

Journeyman Electrician

FCA Electrical Services LLC is seeking an experienced, motivated state licensed Journeyman Electrician with Residential and Commercial experience.

Requirements:‍

5+ Years in residential and commercial wiring, installation, and troubleshooting with strong problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Must have hand tools and be willing to travel if needed

Duties (Not Limited To):

Reading blueprints, running conduit, pulling wire
Terminating Single Phase and 3 Phase Electrical Systems with knowledge of the tools required for the task
Leading apprentices with a positive and professional attitude to ensure the prosperity of our company and our employees

Daily Responsibilities:

Documenting each job by uploading pictures and job progress reports with the systems we use.
Keeping trucks stocked with commonly used inventory and overall maintenance/reporting for assigned fleet vehicles.

**Compensation will be commensurate with the overall skill level and experience of the candidate.

Project Coordinator

The project coordinator provides back-office administrative support for multiple concurrent projects as the liaison between the field operations team and the corporate administrative staff.

‍Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordination with project managers (PMs) for planning and activity follow-up
Material procurement at the PM’s direction
Comprehensive documentation support of project activity
Exhaustive communication between all project internal and external stakeholders

The successful candidate will have experience and/or demonstrate proficiency with the following:

3+ years of industrial, commercial and/or residential, either in new construction activity or rehabilitation sites
Must have experience in reading and understanding architectural and engineering building plans
Must have the physical stamina to perform some activities on the project site, including but not limited to lifting/moving 50-plus pounds
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Experience in coordinating set up for utility services and other site infrastructure
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Roofing Superintendent

Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily oversight of assigned roofing projects including, but not limited to: subcontractor coordination, site safety, material management, and quality control of roof and metal installations to ensure all aspects of the project are completed per manufacturer’s specifications and follow the contracted scope of work.

Successful candidates must demonstrate proficiency and/or provide support for these requirements:

2+ years roofing experience
Understand roofing inspection, roofing installation, building construction, and management.
Reads and understands plans, blueprints, and specifications for completeness and consistency.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Complete job progression documents, inspections, and reports
Physical stamina of prolonged standing, bending, stooping, climbing, balancing, and ability to lift, move 50-plus pounds, and working at height (ladders/lifts/scaffolding)
